As you can see below, I would not have much luck trying to get to the 
happypup.dhs.org site whether I was using Windows, DOS, Unix, Apple, Cray or a 
DEC PDP11.  A site that takes 28 hops, with 11 of them timing out isn't going 
to be much of a candidate for anything to connect to.  

I do find a hard time understanding why you would never try to access an 
apple2 web or ftp site with a PC being that it is just as easy to do on a PC 
as it is on a Mac, internet router gods willing that is.
