Thanks for the full information on the card Wayne.  I appreciate it very much. 
I do have the software for it.  Perhaps it has little practical use today.  
But, it was given to me by a dear friend - with many, many other rare and
prototype A2 cards with the understanding that I keep them and never sell,
trade or give them away.

So, of course I'm keeping it and all the rest also - FOREVER.  Like I stated in
another post here on another subject today - I will be doing color scans of
them all with their manuals - to put on the Web - some time fairly soon  - to
share them in that respect with everybody.
