It's very useful to have in the event Ground isn't able to be accessed,  or if
it goes offline for some reason - sometimes and/or for some reason certain
people can't use Ground for their own online setup or machine limitations with
downloads.   As to being unreliable - well, it's reliable enough (IMHO).  Hey,
in this day and age on the Internet - nothing
is 100% reliable.
