A friend has a batch of Digicard D-net cards. Several are for the IIgs
and a few for the IIe. The IIgs version has a slot 1 card that picks
up some signal. The IIe version has two connectors on the back for DB9
connectors on a ribbon, as well as the slot 1 card.
I Googled and didn't find much info. It obviously was some type of
networking card. I assume the IIgs version used the built-in IIgs
Appletalk port as there is no connector on the card.
A Digicard server was mentioned. The real questions are: can the cards
be used peer-peer and is additional software required?
