There were once many IIGS memory cards.  There is only one
left in production.  Luckily, the best one.

http://www.allelec.com/ Alltech Electronics sells the Sirius
RAM card.  It is a 0-8MB memory card that takes 1MB
30 pin SIMMs, up to eight of them on the card.

As for the Apple 1MB card, sadly there is no way to expand
it to 4MB.  Better sell it and use the money to help buy a
Sirius card.  This will probably help your IIGS power supply
last longer too, since there were lots of chips eating power
on that Apple card.
