Too bad you didn't mention Kegs. Even though it started out as a Unix
program, it should run on any system which supports Linux or other
*nix variants. It has already been adapted to several platforms 
within the current source, such as Linux (of course), OS2 and more. It
could probably be easily ported to the Windows platform with the tools
available for porting other Linux apps.
