The ones I'm aware of follow:

The Chinook SCSI utility does with respect to hard drives. Its
available for download from:

ftp://tarnover.dyndns.org/cabi/Utilities/ChinookHDUtils.bxy

Also, Photonix and the ZZ Copy utility/copy programs will specify the interleave
for floppy disks. They are also available for download from:

ftp://tarnover.dyndns.org//cabi/Utilities/photonixII.250.sdk

and

ftp://tarnover.dyndns.org//cabi/Utilities/ZZCopy.SDK

There is another little known interleave/format utility program that does all of
the known Apple II and IIgs floppy disk interleave selective formats from 1:1
thru 1:4. Its named: ForMAX.v1.2 and is on the Coke.Util Disk collection:

ftp://tarnover.dyndns.org//cabi/Utilities/CokeUtils.SDK

...and also available alone as a ProDOS 8 system application from this url for
download:

ftp://tarnover.dyndns.org//cabi/Utilities/ ForMAX.v1.2.SHK

Hope that helps you with your info needs on this.

Cheers,
Tom
