The speed of a II is:

=  PIE * Speed of light / IEEE 1394 * Z80 MHZ + NUBUS

But you have to keep in mind that every 6th full moon the clock cycle is
stretched by 1/2 to compensate for the USB ADB translation.

Man I am a genius !
