I asked Joachim about that last May, and this is what he told me:

    The MicroDrive/Turbo card does not support the Superdisk (LS120)
    drive just because the has not been enough demand for that
    feature. While we were finishing the first test version of the
    driver, we have cancelled development (well, we could resume,
    maybe you can find some more interested guys).

Looks like I found one. :-)  Send him a note (mailto:lange@tasha.muc.de) and let
him know.  If anyone's looking for a worthwhile Apple II project, it looks like
he might already have something for you to start from...
