There should be a disk image around somewhere that will send text to
the Echo GP...
find out which slot the serial port is in, and then type:
]PR#X
where X = the slot, and ] is the basic command prompt.
that will direct Output to slot X, so when a program prints to the
screen, it gets sent to the serial port instead.
If you find the disk image for the EchoGP, there should be a program
that actually interprets the text and tries to convert it into the
correct phenomes so it sounds like human speech :-)
