Yes it is.  A cross between a IIe and IIc, actually.  The 128EX/2
model is a clone of the Apple IIc Plus.

Which Laser do you have?  128, 128EX, or 128EX/2?  The
latter two have an internal memory card that you can put
chips into to expand the Laser's memory to 1MB.  On the
plain 128 model, you were required to buy the card, but on
a 128EX and 128EX/2, the card came with the computer.

As Joe pointed out, his company is a good place to get low
cost software for the Laser.
