My backup IIGS, which got the ROM 3 power supply after
my flagship IIGS went into the tower case, recently began
to develop problems during startup that would disappear
once the computer warmed up.  On the suggestion of a
user that emailed me that the power supply was at fault,
I bit the bullet and converted another PC power supply
(200 watt unit this time).  I just installed the PC power
supply and took out the ROM 3 power supply.  Much to
my surprise, there's a label on the bottom.  The unit was
manufactured by Dyna Comp. Inc and has in input of
120V at 60Hz and a maximum continous output of
70 watts.  That's what the label on mine says.

Did your ROM 3 come directly from Apple?  It could be
that the previous owner swapped in a ROM 01 supply
as a replacement for a failed one.
