Echo II Speech Synthesizer Question

I just bought an Echo II on ebay but it doesn't have any documentation or
manuals. I'm wondering if anyone knows of a site that talks about how to use
this device, or where I can get the software for it? All that I bought was
the card and the speaker.

I don't know much about it, or what it's capable of doing (other than the
obvious.) Has anyone here worked with one of these before? Does it need to
use a particular slot on the main board?
