Dupont Lucite Automotive interior paint works great for ABS plastic(which it is
designed for) It can be made to match anycolor, in gloss, semi-gloss and flat.
It is durable (has to be it is used on most plastic pieces in an automobile
interior, including dashes, by autobody shops when the right molded color
pieces arent available for a repair job. If you check out an automotive paint
supply store, alot of times they can custom mix the color to your Apple's (or
Atari, or Commodore, etc.) original beige or grey, for you and also put it into
an aerosol can, so that you don't need the aircompressors and sprayguns
normally used. I have already done this with a couple of my Atari's in my
collection that have yellowed, but since I auto paint for a living, I just
took them apart and took them to work ;-) They look great, the paint wont scuff
(lucite has resin in it) and if I'm not mistaken it is also UV protected.
