FWIW, on my machine, BF91 is 00. And Basic.System says "4-JAN-00" for
files that were made today. Now if I change BF91 to C8, (and destroy the
time routine by changing BF06 to 60) and save something, Basic.System does
say <"NO DATE>".
In other words, Basic.System and ProDOS abide to the newer standards.
As far as I recall, the ThunderClock routine has a year table somewhere in
its memory. Do you have a patched routine that has the value $C8 (or maybe
$64) where it should say $00?
