Can not start from CD-rom

I tried to install Mac OS9 on a PM 7500 upgraded with a 604e processor.
When trying to start from the CD-rom disk I get the message "Finder could
not open because there is not enough memory". I have 112 MB RAM installed.
Anybody has an idea about this?
