Apple IIe or c? Help identify please

Picked this up at a garage sale yesterday. It says Apple IIe or is it it a
c? Have looked on the net for info but have been unsucessful. Unit appears
to be working but I don't have any software. Also has an extra card with a
"reset" button attached to a cable coming out of the back of the
computer.This is attached to a plug-in card that says "Wild Card Systems"
on it. When this button is pushed you get the display as shown in the
picture. I have put a bunch of photos on a web page so someone can help me
identify this and tell me what I have. I am a mac user since 84 but not
familiar with early Apples.
