If you got ADT running on your Apple, I think that proves that
the cable is alright, I would just make sure you have both sides
of the ADT program set to use the proper serial port. I seem to
remember when I swapped the slot of the serial card in my //e it
took me a while to figure out why ADT wasn't working, there
should be an option in ADT to set your serial card slot, transfer
rate, etc. On the PC side I think you need to set up a batch
file to tell ADT what to use, mine (a.bat) looks like;
c:\a2\adt\adt 2 19200
Which I guess is just telling ADT to use serial port 2 on the PC
at a rate of 19200 whatevers per whatever.
