Probably a minor point, but I thought I should mention this: the Disk
/// has a larger analog card with an extra piece of circuit board poking
out the back, which includes the connector and one additional chip.
The main body of the analog card (with the drive interface circuitry) is
probably the same. I haven't done a side by side comparison, but from
memory they have about the same amount of circuitry, and possibly even
the same layout.
