   Sure there was.  It was only out a couple months, I think.  Basically it
looks like a an Apple /// with a //e keyboard.  The motherboard was layed out
the same, but vastly improved design.  Too little, too late though.  Let see,
there was:

Apple ][ and ][+
Apple //c and //c+
Apple /// and ///+
Mac 128, 512 and Plus

  Not really an affinity... 4 models out of all they have come out with in the
last 20+ years.  Maybe PowerMac G3 Plus doesn't have that sexy ring anymore.
