If I were to take the TS3 patches and a ROM3 image and merge them into a
new ROM (ROM05 as I think the 04 was the Mark Twain version), then it would
not need any TS files and as the code is in ROM it would run faster and save
RAM. Anyone have any idea how feasible this is? Are the toolsets just packed
into the ROM in such a way that they could be shuffled around?
