Curiously, you don't mention the type or size of CF card.
This could have an effect on how it functions. Also, in
the earlier batches, I found it was easier to configure
the CFFA in a IIgs ROM01, and then transfer it to a IIe
for operation. Later models, especially the v2.0, they
are nearly flawless.
