There was a floppy called "A2T" which was an Apple II diagnostics disk
used by Apple dealers on defective Apple IIs. Worked on all Apple IIs, but
recognized the different models and does do a GS-specific test.
I have no idea if this is available online somewhere, however. Try looking
for the main program name which is LOADRE3.SYSTEM.
