Really basic question

is it "PREFIX/S1,D1/BLAH.BLAH.BLAH" or is it "PREFIX S1,D1/Blah.Blah.Blah", or 
is it...?
I havae a Focus drive for a //e. All it has on it is PRODOS, BASIC, and 
COPYII.  COPYII+ is in a direstory called COPY.II.PLUS  but PREFIX 
/COPY.II.PLUS or any varriation there of doesn't work.  NOTE to FAQ Writers: 
use EXPLICIT examples of command syntax indiscussions.   Thanks
