It is the default ProDOS quit code and how you get it depends on how
you start programs.
Most program launchers will change the ProDOS quit code so that when
you quit the application that you launched you will be returned to the
program launcher.
If you launch a program from a launcher that does this then quiting
should return you to the launcher but if you don't use a launcher that
does this then you will be given the default ProDOS quit code.
