Saturn has 128kB (2 rows of 4164). Neptune may have 32k.
Check the voltages at the edges of the sockets. 4164 and 41256 use 5V
only (unlike 74 TTL pin 8 is +, pin 16 -). If +12V, -5V are present, the
sockets are for 16kbit 4116 RAMS.
