Re: 2E - 3.5" drive question



In case you have one I'm told the Appli-card Z-80 card is supposed
to be one of the few cards that will work in slot 3.

The superdrive controller will function in any slot except 3 but is
traditionally kept in slot 5 because some software looks for it there.
In case it helps, my IIe setup is

Slot 7 - RamFast SCSI card
Slot 6 - DuoDisk controller
Slot 5 - SuperDrive Controller
Slot 4 - Mouse card
Slot 3 - TransWarp Accelerator
Slot 2 - varies, right now it's a workstation card.
Slot 1 - Clock card
Auxiliary slot - RamWorks II with RGB
Also use a high output power supply as it has to also drive a HD mounted under
the keyboard
