Nope. My system has a Superdrive controller in slot 5 too.
In fact, I'm pretty sure David's does too.
Interestingly, this might be the problem with the user who
asked the question. Maybe the user has slot 5 set to
'your card' so /RAM5 does not show up in slot 5, drive 2.
