The GS/OS ramdrive is only for GS/OS. ProDOS can't access it. You would
need a special version of ProDOS ramdrive software to use the GS RAM as
a p8 ramdrive. I am not aware of any such ramdrive software, but that is
not a definite statement that it doesn't exist. Special p8 program have
been written that do use GS RAM, so it is possible. It is just hard to
squeeze extra features into p8. It could more easily be done as
extensions to Basic.system, etc. Good luck! I have experience with both
IIe and IIGS, but I have the same problem - separate ramdrives for the two
operating systems with no linkage between them.
