Generally it's usually placed in slot 7, or 6. Just make sure the the control panel
has the "Your Card" setting in that slot. I believe that the dip switches on the
controller card allowed for it to be placed in different slots, but I'd have to
look it up in a manual to be sure. It's been so long now.

There is software and drivers to go along with it to make the best use of it.
