Okay, download Windows 3.1 and use it on 1000+ machines.  It does not
matter if it "hurts" anyone.  What matters is that someone has ownership
of it and wants to retain ownership.  If this decision is left up to
individuals to interpret what to consider what is "reasonable" then no
software would be safe.

Also, what are lawyers going to say?  Of course they are going to
protect the ownership.  They are the wrong people to talk to.  You need
to talk to someone who understands what you are asking.

By the way, I have a copy of the Bards Tale Construction Set for the
