I actually thought about doing this.  One way of getting around legal
issues involved with duplicating the ROM is to either take a ROM out of
a IIGS or copying it from memory into a flash or static RAM chip when it
is run.  However, this could all be for not.  Running an emulator can be
much better approach.  As the emulators get better then it would make
more sense to run one.  You could still add hardware support through a
card if desired.  Anyway, this is just another ramble.
