If you've taken samples digitized on a IIGS and converted
them for your PC and taken samples digitized on your PC
and converted them to your IIGS, you may notice some
interesting differences in frequency balance.
The IIGS prefers bass to treble while the PC prefers the
reverse.
IIGS digitized samples sound very sharp when taken to
the PC, so I use Goldwave to dampen the top five high
frequency bands. When taking samples from the PC to
the IIGS, I boost the top five high frequency bands.
