You should have set a higher minimum on this one. ;-)
It belongs in the collectable section. Assuming you
managed to get rid of the marker stains.
Domestic buyers might treat it as any other Apple II, but
foreign users, even users in Canada, rarely see a IIc Plus.
And you are almost never going to see one in Australia,
England, or France.
The IIc Plus is a genuine rare model outside the USA.
