Huh?  What are you talking about?  I went back and read
all the articles in the previous thread and couldn't find Jeff
saying anything about the HCGS runtime being illegal.

Jeff simply said he didn't know that it existed.  A quick
scan of not only the ftp servers but also Shareware
Solutions II's disk library will show that it exists.
