I can understand that.  I often refrain from signing up to things or
even giving my e-mail address to places simply because I don't want
them, or anyone they give that info to, to start bothering me.

However, if you want to read the Delphi messages you can still use the
web side of Delphi and log in as a guest.  This doesn't require you to
sign up and you don't need to give an e-mail address.  You can only
read messages, no posting and no file access (but that's normal for
web side).  I'm not sure if a guest can join a chat or not as I've
never tried.

By the way, I know that this is taking things a little to the extreme
but, most people still have to give personal information to their ISPs
to be able to access the newsgroups.  :-)

Oh, and the game I was talking about, Silvern Castle by Jeff Fink, is
a lot like the original Wizardry in look and play.
