It is a Corvus network card, a network standard that
predates Ethernet.  Email between workstations,
printer sharing, file sharing.  It is all here.  But the
beauty of the system was that it could be comprised
of mixed PC, Mac, or Apple II workstations or only
one type such as only Apple II.

The card is not useful without the associated
workstation software and the hard drive/server.
