When submitting work to Softdisk, all contributors had to sign a legal
contract with Softdisk which assigned all legal ownership rights to
Softdisk. Forever and ever and ever.

It's been a few years, so I don't know if he even works there anymore, but
if he does, Dave Bowman is the person at Softdisk to contact for
permissions.
