There's another way to usually get a rough idea of when a board was made
A lot of chips have a manufacturing date on them. A repair might have been
done but usually that only involves 1 or 3 chips. With my SuperTalker 9 out

or 14 chips have dates of those 1 is from 82 while the rest are from late
83.
Long ways from exact but might give you a rough idea.
