Actually, yes. It will depend on how the PC Bios is configured though. The Bios
must be set to try and boot from a floppy first and failing that it will boot
the hard drive. You will also need a bootable Dos floppy disk. Any version
from 3 up will work. So, assuming you have meet these criteria, put the floppy
in and boot the system.

Well, it sounds like a slightly older PC then. Can you give more info? Some of
the older PC automatically try to boot the floppy, in which case you will only
need to have a Dos disk. If NT is all you have for the computer, you will need
someone to make one for you.
