Hello I have two questions.
1) I have Sony 5.25" Double Sided High Density Diskettes. Will they work in
a iigs 5.25" floppy drive? Reason I ask is that I ran copya to copy a dos
3.3 disk and is copied but it would not boot. I booted off the original
floppy dos 3.3 disk and catalog'ed the copy and the files were there. I
also get errors on the disks.
2) I have a bunch of .DSK images of apple ii software, I have used apple
disk transfer gs and have made a null modem cable. I can transfer the
program dump file that needed to be sent to the iigs to run for file
transfer but anything that I write to disks (the type of disks outlined in
question #1) they do not boot. The images to work in my emulator though.
When I made a ProDOS disk it stated UNABLE TO LOAD PRODOS
I have this iigs but only 1 disk and that is the DOS 3.3 disk. NOTHING
ELSE. I would sure like to use my disk images to make workable floppies to
run on my iigs.
Your help is appreciated!
