     Last time I checked, Softdisk had ceased A2 support and was fixing to get
out of publishing any Softdisks for any platform.

     You can see their problems. Diskette or CD distribution is slow and costly
next to the net. And, if some product is even halfway decent, it generally gets
listed on DOWNLOAD.COM, etc., not sold to a disk 'zine. Other software-- IF
games, artwork, ... tends appear as freeware on specialty sites.
