All I can say is thank goodness for the World Wide Web. If we had been limited
to the old ways we would have been pummelled into the ground long ago (although
they do still try, as everyone has seen).

I would be glad to help with any questions TimeOut users have. I was a tester
for all of them since 1989 (pre-AppleWorks 3). I remember that Chuck used to
actually pry the betas out of their fingers so that we could have a look.
