Sounds like your browser setup isn't right; go into Edit -> Preferences.
Then, Navigator, Helpers. Underneath helpers, you'll see a list of the
different file types and what Netscape does with them. Look for the file
type you're trying to download, and change it to "Save to Disk" (under the
edit button). BTW, these preferences are in different locations depending on
which version of Netscape you're using, and the Helper part varies a little
bit also. If you're using a pre-4.5 version, you can wipe out whatever
default action Netscape takes; then the next time you start your browser,
it'll bring up that dialog box with the 3 or 4 options that will let you
save it to disk.
