There are programs out that that will cancel binary posts to
discussion groups so there is no guarantee that a file posted here
will stay here long enough for anyone to see it.

Binaries should be posted to the binary newsgroups.  In our case,
comp.binaries.apple2.

If you can't access that newsgroup, complain to your ISP.

If your ISP doesn't help, I'm pretty sure one of the FTP sites
archives all the binaries that are posted to cba2 so you can always
get the file via FTP.
