Hi,

U.D.C. is a universal disk controller interface for Apple II external
3.5" drives. DB19 connectors is what Apple uses on the Apple II
computers external disk drives & the old Macs that had a external 3.5"
drive connector. I'm not sure if the card was made for use with only the
Apple IIC 3.5" UniDisk with a smartport built in to the drive.
