Kermit 3.87 question...

We're using Kermit 3.87 on a IIe and trying to aim the download transfers
to S6,D2 where we have a blank disk waiting to receive them instead of
the program disk in S6,D1 which is quite full and doesn't have that much
room.

The manual says to use the SET command as such:

set default-disk drive 2

Unfortunately with the duo-disk drive we're using, it doesn't seem to
listen and still tries to put the downloaded files on S6,D1. Is the
duo-disk different from separate 5.25" drives in respect to slot and drive
assignment that would cause this ignoring of the settings?

We want to use Kermit as a free handout disk for newbies wanting to log
into our local freenet and everything works great except this one problem.

Thanks...
