Please help with //c to IBM PC connection

Howdy.

I'm working on a null modem connection between my apple //c computer and
a Win95 Machine. I'm trying to do this cheaply and hope I can avoid
expenses to get other cables.

I have done my homework. Downloaded onto my harddrive is the csa2 FAQ
regarding null modems and the page on various ports and connectors. (I
can find URLs for these pages if it'll help ppl.) I have ADT on my
harddrive just waiting to be used. I found a portinfo program that told
me IRQs and weird and wonderful things for my COM ports. My continuity
tester and multimeter is ready...

I have even created a null-modem cable that successfully connected two
apple //c computers.

What do I need to do to connect the DIN-5 from the apple //c (port 2) to
a DB-9 COM port on my computer? If someone can send me the actually
wiring--ie. which pin goes to which pin--so I can hook it up I'd
appreciate it.

Also, what terminal program can be recommended for the IBM to transfer
ADT.DMP? To send and recive text? To capture printed data? To
communicate without a protocall? (and with one when I have everything
figured out) (Sheesh!) I have been unable to find one and have very
few notions as to how to program one.

Thanks for all help you can offer me.
