I'm afraid that posting Mac questions to this newsgroup won't be to
useful. Comp.sys.apple2 is for the discussion of Apple 2 computers not
Macs. I'll think you'll find the people who frequent
comp.sys.mac.hardware.misc or comp.sys.mac.misc more helpful.

That said, I believe that the emissions from any consumer monitor built
within at least the last 25 years is not significant.
