[Q]: Type of memory on SiriusRAM card?

I recently purchased an Apple IIgs, and I want to upgrade the system memory.

I'm thinking of getting the SiriusRAM card from Alltech Electronics, which
costs $65 for 2MB onboard. The 8MB version is $34 more, which seems sort
of expensive for an extra 6MB of RAM. I've read that the card can be
user-upgraded by adding 1MB SIMMS.

Does anyone know exactly what type of SIMM it uses? I presume it will be
of the older (and hard-to-find) 30-pin variety. What is the minimum
access speed required? Does it matter if the SIMMs are non-parity (8
chip), or does it need parity (9 chip)? How about 8/9 chip versus 3 chip?

Thanks for your help!
